Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt and courteous service to customers
Look up parts applications in catalogs or POS system
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Assist and advise customers on technical questions
Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve issues
Participate in training as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to establish and maintain good relations with customers
Functional literacy for understanding part numbers and line codes
ASE Parts Specialist certification
Ability to work retail hours
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with TAMS point-of-sale system
Ability to process cash, check, and credit card transactions
Physical capability to lift and move parts and boxes up to 60 pounds
Ability to work on feet for an entire shift
