Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Clinical Supervisor, where you'll lead and support a dedicated team in providing essential family therapy services to children and families in need. Your expertise will help ensure safe environments and improve family dynamics, making a significant impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide weekly supervision to clinical/case planning staff
Evaluate and approve service plans based on safety/risk concerns
Facilitate weekly clinical case conferences
Complete job performance evaluations and provide professional development support
Supervise student interns and manage intake on new referrals
Provide feedback to program stakeholders including ACS Child Protection
Collaborate with child welfare and follow ACS guidelines
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
Minimum of three years of related experience in Child Welfare and/or Family Therapy
Preferred Qualifications
Specialized experience with specific client populations (domestic violence, substance abuse, community outreach)
Bilingual/Bicultural
