Key Responsibilities
Conduct and coordinate the development of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI)
Manage the reimbursement process with the business office and therapy department
Ensure compliance with the RAI process
Coordinate the development of written care plans for residents
Monitor and revise care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Conduct in-service training classes for nursing staff
Required Qualifications
Current and active RN license
1 year of experience in the RAI process
Understanding of state and federal requirements for resident assessments
Preferred Qualifications
2 years long-term care facility experience
