Key Responsibilities
Carry a caseload of residents and provide appropriate services
Complete client assessments including intake and risk assessments
Support clients in meeting individual goals through person-centered service planning
Provide individual and family counseling
Advocate on behalf of residents with other service providers
Participate in case conferences and staff meetings
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work
Fluent in American Sign Language
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma
