Job Description
Join Mohr Talent as a Millwork & Stucco Estimator, where you'll calculate costs, collaborate with teams, and help create competitive bids for diverse projects. Your expertise will drive cost-saving solutions and improve project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine costs
Calculate material quantities and costs for various projects
Collect and compare bids from suppliers and subcontractors
Collaborate with project managers and clients to refine estimates
Assist in preparing proposals and responding to RFPs
Maintain records of cost data and industry trends
Work with sales and business development teams to identify new opportunities
Ensure all estimates meet standards and project requirements
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in estimating millwork and/or stucco work
Strong understanding of materials, labor, and methods in millwork and stucco projects
Experience with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, OST)
Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
Experience working with builders, architects, and developers
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with subcontractor estimating on medium to large projects
