Key Responsibilities
Provide direct clinical patient care
Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients
Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
Support CNO to ensure high quality, safe nursing care
Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management
Required Qualifications
Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Currently licensed, certified or registered to practice profession as required by law
CPR certification
Preferred Qualifications
Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor or Master degree)
