Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and project support to operational leadership
Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks and clerical duties
Manage ad-hoc projects and prepare reports
Coordinate and execute events
Schedule complex meetings and capture action items
Process purchase orders and expense reports
Prepare regular/weekly reports for multiple Production Managers
Handle confidential information responsibly
Support all stages of the project lifecycle
Engage with peer groups to support the coordinator team
Required Qualifications
Experience managing timelines
Experience with project management
Experience effectively communicating and collaborating with partners at all levels
Experience working in a team environment
Experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to be flexible with work schedule
Ability to work in a physically demanding role
