Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee behavioral care and pathway planning for animals at ARC and CARE

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in people management
  • Master’s or PhD degree in animal Behavior or related discipline for non-veterinarian candidates
  • DVM degree for veterinary behaviorist candidates
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Comfort with humane euthanasia decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in shelters
