Key Responsibilities
Perform phlebotomy with minimal trauma to patients
Accurately enter patient demographics and specimen information into the laboratory computer
Collect various specimens as ordered by physicians
Deliver laboratory results in a timely manner
Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
Participate in meetings and complete mandatory learning requirements
Required Qualifications
High School graduate or GED
Current Washington State Medical Assistant Phlebotomy (MA-P, PC) OR Medical Assistant – Certified (MA-C) license
Preferred Qualifications
At least six months previous hospital lab experience
