Join Cytiva as a Manufacturing Design Transfer Engineer and play a vital role in transforming human health through innovative solutions. You'll coordinate resources and manage change orders, ensuring successful design transfers to the Global Supply Chain while working collaboratively with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key stakeholder in Change Control Boards
Coordinate Operations resources for necessary ECR inputs
Lead collaboration with engineering, sourcing, materials, and operations teams
Oversee and manage execution of implementation activities for change orders
Drive continuous improvement projects within the Global Supply Chain
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field
Demonstrated proficiency in change control processes, lifecycle management, new product development, and project management
Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in project management and product development
Experience with Bill of Material, Purchase specifications, material requirement planning (MRP), and phase-in / phase-out activities
Proven ability to communicate and work effectively with diverse teams across engineering, sourcing, materials, and operations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Bio-Science, Medical Device, or Pharma industries
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience with ERP systems, such as Oracle or SAP
