Key Responsibilities
Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Supervise staff and document progress
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Promote community integration
Develop and implement group and family education programs
Complete timely documentation of progress notes and evaluations
Monitor individual progress and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
State licensure as MS, OTR/L
Two years of professional work experience in a clinical setting
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to communicate in verbal and written formats
Valid driver's license
