• Unit: MS/Tele/Behavioral Health
• Ratios: 1:5–6
• Experience: 2+ years (MS/Tele), travel preferred
• First-timers: Accepted
• Weekends: Every other
• Charting: Epic
• Locals: Not accepted (50-mile rule)
• Return Staff: Must be gone 1 year to return
• System Limit: Max 2 contracts before 6-month break

Certifications Required:

• BLS
• RN License (NC or Compact)
• Psychiatric RN Skills
