Job Description
Join Monte Nido & Affiliates as an Assistant Nurse Manager to lead a dedicated nursing team in a residential treatment program for adults with eating disorders. This full-time, overnight role focuses on operational oversight, staff development, and ensuring medical safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Nurse Manager to oversee operations and functions of Nursing, medication administration, and medical treatment
Participate in scheduling, leading, and developing nursing staff
Ensure medical safety standards are followed
Liaise between administration, physicians, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clients
Share call rotation with the Nurse Manager
Required Qualifications
Active license as Registered Nurse (or be license eligible)
Excellent communication and time management skills
Safety awareness
Collaborative teamwork
Preferred Qualifications
Having or pursuing BSN
Previous experience in a nursing operations leadership role
Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health patient populations
