Key Responsibilities
Accountable for direct and indirect quality care for residents

Required Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
Criminal background check compliance
Preferred Qualifications
1 year experience in long term care
