Key Responsibilities
Manage renovation and capital renewal projects up to and exceeding $1M
Work with partner departments to deliver projects on time and within budget
Provide timely updates on project status, budget, and schedule
Establish and monitor project budgets and schedules
Coordinate project logistics and stakeholder communications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Experience in project management leading or supporting construction projects
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC)
LEED AP
