As an FSQA Technician, you will ensure compliance with food safety and quality assurance standards at a leading meat and seafood company. You will monitor key programs, assist in training, and collaborate with multiple teams to uphold the highest product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor FSQA programs and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements
Assist in employee training of FSQA programs and procedures
Implement Independent FSQA Audit Program and assist in product evaluations
Interact with various personnel including Operations, Sales, and Maintenance
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of meat and/or seafood industry experience
Formal job training in TQM principles, SPC, HACCP concepts, CFIA/FDA regulations
Ability to write reports and business correspondence
