Job Description

Join Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center as a PRN Occupational Therapist, where you'll evaluate and treat residents to enhance their independence and rehabilitation goals in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of residents’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans focused on improving residents’ functional abilities
  • Provide therapy interventions, including training in adaptive techniques and the use of assistive devices
  • Monitor residents’ progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes
  • Collaborate with the care team, residents, and families to establish and support therapy goals
  • Educate residents and their caregivers on therapeutic strategies and techniques to enhance independence
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy services, evaluations, and progress notes
  • Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Colorado

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible PRN schedule
