Join Skyline Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation Center as a PRN Occupational Therapist, where you'll evaluate and treat residents to enhance their independence and rehabilitation goals in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough evaluations of residents’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs
Develop and execute individualized treatment plans focused on improving residents’ functional abilities
Provide therapy interventions, including training in adaptive techniques and the use of assistive devices
Monitor residents’ progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes
Collaborate with the care team, residents, and families to establish and support therapy goals
Educate residents and their caregivers on therapeutic strategies and techniques to enhance independence
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy services, evaluations, and progress notes
Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in the state of Colorado
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to a flexible PRN schedule
