Job Description
As a Sales Manager at Aaron’s, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer service, generating leads, and managing store operations. This dynamic position offers a pathway for career growth while fostering meaningful customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships
Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies
Assist General Manager with operational functions
Assist with deliveries in the event a driver is not available

Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Two years of college or previous management experience preferred
