Job Description
Join Raytheon as a Manufacturing Engineer II to enhance manufacturing processes and collaborate with various teams. Utilize your expertise to develop solutions, improve operational efficiency, and support critical missions that safeguard our nation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs)
Support manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting
Disposition non-conforming material
Drive continuous improvement through process enhancements
Provide real-time technical support to manufacturing teams
Develop tools and fixtures for ergonomic processes
Lead corrective action investigations
Required Qualifications
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Ability to obtain and maintain ATF clearance
U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of CORE principles and techniques
Technical drawing interpretation and GD&T
Proficiency with CAD tools (preferably CREO/ProE)
Hands-on mechanical aptitude
Innovative mindset for continuous improvement
Teamwork ability
Strong communication skills
Current DoD security clearance (secret)
Experience with automated tooling and programming
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
