Schedule: Monday - Friday: 7 am - 4 pm, with potential for overtime and emergency weekend shifts. Close-knit team with plenty of overtime opportunities. Pay & Benefits: Competitive pay: $28 - $31/hour (based on experience). Potential annual earnings: $75,000 - $100,000. Full medical benefits and pet insurance Job Responsibilities: Safely transport equipment and materials to job sites. Operate heavy equipment like cranes, backhoes, and excavators. Assist in rerailing, maintenance, and track repairs. Focus on safety and operational procedures. Perform routine maintenance and site clean-up. Be available for on-call emergency service, working in all weather conditions. Requirements: 3 years of experience or equivalent training. Valid Class A CDL. Willingness to pass safety and qualification tests (E-Rail Safe). Availability for 24/7 emergency calls. Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
