Ensure correspondence is scanned and filed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or higher
1+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience
Ability to cover offices as needed
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience of knowledge of medical terminology
1+ years of experience in a front office medical position
Experience with electronic health records (ECW)
Beginner level computer proficiency
Knowledge of insurance carriers and managed care plans
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
