  • Maintain medical records and assist with paperwork
  • Connect patients with outside resources
  • Ensure correspondence is scanned and filed

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher
  • 1+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience
  • Ability to cover offices as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience of knowledge of medical terminology
  • 1+ years of experience in a front office medical position
  • Experience with electronic health records (ECW)
  • Beginner level computer proficiency
  • Knowledge of insurance carriers and managed care plans
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
