Join E-Therapy as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential speech and language therapy services to K-5 students, making a meaningful impact on their communication skills and overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities
Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results and students' needs
Provide direct therapy services to students
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team
Incorporate evidence-based techniques and therapeutic activities into therapy sessions
Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Document therapy sessions and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Current ASHA certification
Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting
Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems and other assistive technology used in speech-language therapy
