Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs
Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions
Document client information and establish therapeutic plans
Educate clients and families about treatment plans
Supervise assistants, aides, and students
Participate in activities to promote the department
Required Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state(s) of practice
Appropriate education level for state licensure
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within first 60 days of employment
Preferred Qualifications
Valid driver's license
Experience in post-acute, long term care and home health care environments
