Key Responsibilities
Manage possibly more than one store location
Encourage a culture of trust and respect among the team
Inspire team to provide superior customer experiences
Track weekly and monthly goals
Make sound business decisions
Lead and develop associates and future leaders
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or state equivalency certification
Two or more years of leadership experience
One or more years of experience with direct reports
Experience in a fast-paced retail sales environment
Passion for leading and developing other Leaders and Associates
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Effective communication skills
Working knowledge of PC Windows applications
Preferred Qualifications
College degree
Technical savvy with wireless devices
Experience giving back to local communities through philanthropy and involvement in local organizations
