Key Responsibilities
Lead the service information development process
Manage daily activity of authoring suppliers to ensure quality delivery
Identify and resolve source data issues related to service and diagnostic information
Monitor service information quality metrics and address issues
Support Total Warranty Spend workshops
Establish and monitor engineering review processes of service information
Cross-functional collaboration within Mopar TSO and other areas
Provide innovative solutions to complex servicing problems
Support global harmonization activities across regions
