Job Description
Intuit is looking for a Senior Tax Analyst to work remotely during the tax season. The role involves assisting clients with tax preparation and advice while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Document customer interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
