Key Responsibilities
Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products
Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales
Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
Identify additional customer needs and help them upgrade products or services
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Minimum six months sales experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service orientation
Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines
Strong computer navigation skills
High speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
Preferred Qualifications
Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about becoming a licensed insurance associate
