Job Description
Intuit is seeking a Senior Tax Expert to assist customers in filing their taxes remotely. With a minimum of 2 years of experience and an active credential, you'll provide expert advice using TurboTax products, all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations
Manage product/software inquiries
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
