Job Description
Join Yardbird as a Customer Experience Specialist, where you'll provide exceptional customer service in our outdoor furniture showroom. Assist customers with product information, process orders, and ensure a satisfying shopping experience in a relaxed environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet all customers and make the best first impression
Serve as an expert on patio furniture, providing accurate product information
Process orders in person and over the phone
Monitor inventory levels and be aware of low inventory items
Follow up with potential customers via telephone, email, and online chat
Occasionally assist at trade shows
Required Qualifications
Ability to work successfully as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of sales, customer service or retail experience
Hands-on experience with POS transactions
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
Expert communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in high-pressure situations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
