Job Description
Join Butterball as an Organizational Development Operations Analyst and play a key role in supporting global HR functions. You will ensure the effective administration of OD systems, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with teams to enhance learning offerings. Key Responsibilities
Administer and support Organizational Development systems and processes
Provide expertise in learning, core HR, and talent management
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
Create and manage reports to support business unit needs
Plan support needs for instructor-led courses
Evaluate and enhance OD processes and systems
Develop strategic relationships with internal customers
Collaborate with vendors for education and learning offerings
Test new configurations and system upgrades
Manage the education reimbursement program
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or HR or equivalent experience
3+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
