Experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon providing surgical care in a Level III Trauma setting. Responsibilities include performing thoracic and cardiac surgeries, managing patient care, and supporting the CT Surgery team with EPIC EMR and specialized surgical systems. Works full shifts with on-call coverage, ensuring critical care availability for 2-4 patients daily in Cheyenne, WY.

• Shift hours: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
• On-call coverage required: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
• Multiple call shifts per week expected
Position Highlights
• Provide cardiothoracic surgical care in a Level III Trauma setting
• Physician coverage: CT Surgery Team
• EPIC EMR and Maquet/Getinge EVH system used for documentation and surgical support
• Average daily census: 2 4 patients
Requirements
• MD degree required
• Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Active Wyoming license or IMLC
• Experience with cardiothoracic procedures
