Key Responsibilities

  • Create desserts and pastries for theme parks and hotel events
  • Collaborate with chefs in a high-volume kitchen
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation

Required Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in culinary field/restaurants or culinary degree with equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
  • Ability to follow and understand recipes in a mass volume environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a high-volume environment
  • Strong listening skills and ability to take direction
  • Desire to provide excellent guest service
  • Flexible with availability for various shifts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong piping skills
