Key Responsibilities
Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop care plans
Select and administer anesthetics and manage equipment
Administer anesthesia and monitor patient conditions
Manage patient emergence and recovery
Implement pain management strategies
Provide emergency interventions and ensure compliance with safety standards
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia educational program
Current state licensure for CRNAs
BLS and ACLS certification
Certification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists
Preferred Qualifications
8–12 years of related experience
5 years of CRNA experience preferred
Competent in performing as a CRNA in a clinical setting
