The Human Resources Manager (internally known as HR Director) performs professional level human resources generalist work. Key member of the communitys leadership team. Carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas staffing, new hire processing and orientation, employee relations, performance management and compensation administration, payroll, training, safety, employee recognition program administration, workplace investigations, communicating employee benefits, leave administration, ADA interactive process, workers compensation claims administration and management and unemployment claims management. Acts as liaison between the community and the corporate office for human resources
This position is based onsite at our Terraces at San Joaquin Gardens community, located in Fresno, CA.
Full Time Exempt $80,000-90,000 DOE + performance-based bonus
