Key Responsibilities
Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care
Collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues
Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care and health maintenance
Coordinates care, conducts resident assessments, and provides education
May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to other personnel
Required Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
Maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
