Job Description

Join CrowdStrike as a Regional Sales Director to lead a talented team in driving innovative cybersecurity solutions. You'll strategize and execute sales plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional value to clients in the Bay Area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of senior sales people
  • Manage personnel, pipeline development, and territory planning
  • Identify and execute account strategy to close new business opportunities
  • Scope, negotiate, and bring to closure agreements
  • Target decision makers in key prospect accounts
  • Collaborate across functions to create visibility and drive engagement
  • Leverage partner ecosystem to enhance sales strategy
  • Maintain and disseminate accurate prospect information using data analytics tools

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful solution sales experience leading a sales team selling cyber security software and/or infrastructure products
  • Strong understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud and SaaS technologies
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques
  • Ability to build executive relationships and articulate product strategies
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work remotely and travel on short notice
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • MEDDPICC sales methodology experience
