Key Responsibilities
Perform assessment audits and identify trends for staff retraining
Implement corrective action plans in collaboration with Clinical management
Conduct ongoing orientation, training, and education for Assessment Nurses
Prepare for RFS and IDT meetings by reviewing UAS-NY assessments
Maintain accurate productivity logs of Enrollment processes follow-up
Travel for business partners training and clearance visits
Required Qualifications
Baccalaureate degree in nursing
Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience
NYS Registered Nurse license and registration
UAS-NY experience
Excellent analytical skills
Strong critical thinking skills
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in nursing, education or related field
Managed Care experience
Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations
Working knowledge of audit techniques and methodologies
Working knowledge of State and Federal regulations
