As a Customer Service Worksite Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their service inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires professionalism and knowledge of insurance products, along with the ability to handle various customer service tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Support policyholders with insurance product information
Answer client calls and respond to policyholder inquiries
Provide detailed information about policy statuses
Assist with basic technical troubleshooting
Transfer calls to the client sales team to increase APV revenue
Handle claim intake for clients
Meet or exceed departmental standards for quality and KPIs
Support organizational objectives and process improvements
Perform other duties as assigned
Work various shifts within 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. CDT
Required Qualifications
2 – 3 years of customer service experience in a call center
High School diploma
