Job Description

As a Customer Service Worksite Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their service inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires professionalism and knowledge of insurance products, along with the ability to handle various customer service tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support policyholders with insurance product information
  • Answer client calls and respond to policyholder inquiries
  • Provide detailed information about policy statuses
  • Assist with basic technical troubleshooting
  • Transfer calls to the client sales team to increase APV revenue
  • Handle claim intake for clients
  • Meet or exceed departmental standards for quality and KPIs
  • Support organizational objectives and process improvements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Work various shifts within 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. CDT

Required Qualifications

  • 2 – 3 years of customer service experience in a call center
  • High School diploma
