Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Complete all training requirements including Assistant Manager Development Plan and Food Safety Certification
Enhance guest experiences by ensuring team members exceed guest expectations
Ensure team members receive proper training and coaching
Create effective work schedules following company standards
Supervise and mentor team members to achieve quarterly goals
Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
Handle and report guest and team member complaints
Maintain operational standards and compliance with guidelines
Utilize management tools and keep accurate records
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check
Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
1-3 years management experience required
Preferred Qualifications
Restaurant management experience preferred
