Job Details:
• Work 4x10-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Weekend coverage as needed • Must be available to stay until last patient is cared for • No call requirements • No holiday coverage required • Floating as needed • Maximum 7 days requested time off per contract • Minimum 2 years of experience required • Required certifications: ACLS and BLS (AHA or ARC only)• Epic experience required • Skills include accurate monitoring, arrhythmia induction, cardiac ablation, electrophysiology procedures, fluoroscopy, pacemaker insertion, EKG lead placement, sterile technique, and vascular closure systems • Perform equipment setup and maintain sterile field during procedures • Complete 5-6 hours of billable modules pre-start • Work in tobacco and fragrance-free facility • May care for COVID patientsFacility:
This healthcare facility features a comprehensive Invasive Cardiology unit with 4 dedicated Cardiac Catheterization Labs, 3 dedicated Electrophysiology labs, and 2 shared cath/EP labs, along with 33 prep/recovery bays. The department completes over 6,000 procedures annually and offers advanced cardiovascular treatments including complex coronary procedures, ventricular assist devices, structural heart procedures, complex ablations, pacemaker/ICD procedures, and peripheral interventions. The facility maintains high clinical standards with manager interviews and clinical screening processes for all candidates.
