Key Responsibilities
Validate and release agent commission payments
Oversee commission operations and drive process improvements
Implement new Net Suite subledger payables process
Develop team structure and manage Commission Payables team
Create job descriptions and hire new team members
Develop and manage team metrics and reporting on commission payments
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
7 years experience in Operational Accounting management
Experience with public company financial close processes and reporting
3 to 5 years experience implementing new third-party payment processes
3 to 5 years experience with compliance reporting process responsibilities
3 to 5 years experience with direct employee management
Preferred Qualifications
CPA certification
Experience in accounts payable, general accounting, customer billing, or treasury management
