Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed community sales standards
Maintain or grow resident occupancy to maximum levels
Conduct tours with prospects and host marketing events in partnership with department heads and Executive Director
Follow up on all leads and document accordingly
Ensure strong first impression of the community
Train and engage associates in the sales process
Maintain strong professional relationships and community connections
