Key Responsibilities
Develops short and long term goals and oversees pharmacy operations.
Prepares an annual budget and monitors financial performance.
Assesses pharmacy services for improvement and provides recommendations.
Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Develops and enforces policies for medication use and staff education.
Collaborates with medical staff and administration for effective pharmacy services.
Recruits and manages pharmacy staff, setting performance standards.
Precepts pharmacy students and residents as applicable.
Required Qualifications
Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D; Bachelor of Pharmacy) from an accredited school of pharmacy
Five years experience, with two years in direct people management/leadership
Pharmacist License - Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy
Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) certification within 90 days of employment
