Key Responsibilities

Attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire
Undergo preceptorship by a trained staff member
Complete annual competency verification requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred)
1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty (preferred)
BLS certification required
RN License in state of employment or compact

Preferred Qualifications

1 year of experience in Critical Care setting (preferred)
ACLS certification (required within 30 to 90 days depending on experience)
