Key Responsibilities
Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
Participates in the ongoing assessment of patient care services in collaboration with management.
Collaborates with experts and managers to create teamwork that improves outcomes.
Supports a patient-first philosophy and engages in service recovery.
Implements nursing strategies to enhance engagement and care quality.
Recommends and implements training and development for staff.
Manages staff scheduling and labor in accordance with patient care needs.
Supports inventory control and manages supplies and equipment.
Required Qualifications
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date)
Basic Cardiac Life Support (must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date)
Registered Nurse
BSN Required
Minimum 1 year Acute Care RN experience required
Charge RN experience required
