Job Description

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a dedicated team in a specialty retail farm and ranch environment. Your role involves supporting store operations, enhancing customer loyalty, and ensuring a safe and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Legendary Customer Experience
  • Provide leadership and direction to the store team
  • Perform operational activities throughout the store
  • Train Team Members on policies and procedures
  • Assist Store Manager in driving sales and profit
  • Support Team Member counseling and hiring
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure positive shopping experiences
  • Lead freight movement and manage inventory control

Required Qualifications

  • Previous retail leadership experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

  • Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills
