Job Description
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a dedicated team in a specialty retail farm and ranch environment. Your role involves supporting store operations, enhancing customer loyalty, and ensuring a safe and productive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Legendary Customer Experience
Provide leadership and direction to the store team
Perform operational activities throughout the store
Train Team Members on policies and procedures
Assist Store Manager in driving sales and profit
Support Team Member counseling and hiring
Handle customer complaints and ensure positive shopping experiences
Lead freight movement and manage inventory control
Required Qualifications
Previous retail leadership experience
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Strong interpersonal skills
