Job Description
As a District Sales Manager at Sysco, you will lead and develop a team of Sales Consultants to drive sales performance and achieve growth. This role requires effective coaching, strategic planning, and engagement with customers to enhance service delivery and sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants
Conduct one-on-one coaching and direction
Lead district meetings to drive sales
Enable Sales Consultants to provide expanded service options
Deliver Sysco brand results
Champion company initiatives and implement strategies
Participate in ongoing training and development
Required Qualifications
High School education
2+ years' experience in profitable sales in the foodservice industry
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to use CRM for sales planning and forecasting
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
5+ years' foodservice sales experience
Superb organizational and project management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
