Supervise cases and assist in case assignments. Mentor and manage clinical staff to ensure confidence, performance, quality, productivity, and morale. Proactively review scheduled BCBA and RBT hours to address concerns/conflicts. Review clinical audits. Work with RBT managers to ensure all staff uphold clinical standards and company policy. Conduct meetings with Intake and Business Manager/Assistant Business Manager to gain knowledge on the waitlist and to ensure client intake is conducted and processed promptly. Oversee supervision of BCBA and interns. Build rapport with clients and client families. Provide clinical consultation to staff, school professionals, and parents/guardians. Oversee the implementation of therapy programs to ensure best clinical practices are being implemented. Provide direct clinical services to clients and maintain appropriate caseload to facilitate overall clinic growth and staff morale/welfare. Qualifications BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB. Will consider exceptional candidates with less than one year of certification. Must be able to make quick decisions for the benefit of the company. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills. Management skills for assistant director positions.
