Responsibilities Include::

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy for clients in our residential program

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team including psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and direct care staff

• Develop, implement, and track individualized treatment plans in alignment with evidence-based best practices

• Serve as the primary therapist for a caseload of clients, supporting them through the full treatment journey

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

• Support family therapy sessions and discharge planning as needed

Qualifications::

Education:                                  

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling

Experience:                              

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience providing direct clinical care in a mental health setting, preferably in an eating disorders program

Licensure/Certification:      

• LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, PhD, PsyD, LMFT, preferred
• License Eligible, required
• CPR certification, required

Knowledge:                             

• Must have strong clinical, organizational and communication skills
• Must possess knowledge of psychiatric group process, therapeutic relationships processes, age specific growth and development, limit setting and behavior management, crisis management with aggressive behaviors.

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize independently
• Ability to multi-task in a changing and fast paced mental health environment
• Ability to work in a highly collaborate, team environment
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
