Key Responsibilities
Participate in startup and commissioning of new units
Perform diagnostic tests, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions
Execute regularly scheduled maintenance on heating and cooling units
Review and interpret regulatory requirements and technical documents
Cultivate strong customer relationships and escalate issues when necessary
Prioritize safety by adhering to licensing requirements and safety measures
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
5+ years working experience in the HVAC Industry
3+ years working with air cooled chillers
EPA Universal Certification
Ability to push/pull/lift up to 50lbs
Climb a ladder and work on rooftops
Ability to stand, crawl, sit, squat for extended periods
Valid and current Driver's License
Current union member or willing to join
Preferred Qualifications
OSHA 30 Certification
Centrifugal chiller experience
Basic understanding of building automation controls (BOMAC)
Experience with data center equipment
Experience with Steam Turbines
Excellent communication skills
